Privacy Policy

The short version
Apotela does not create accounts, display advertising, track you, or transmit your astrology information to us. Your profile, birth details, saved relationship profiles, forecasts, settings, and reminders remain on your device.
Information you enter
You may enter a first name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, relationship profile details, private notes, and an optional relationship photo. Apotela uses these details on your device to calculate and explain astrology charts and forecasts. This information is stored locally and is not sent to Apotela or a third party.
Location and time zones
Apotela does not request your device location. You choose a birthplace from a city and time-zone dataset bundled with the app. Searches are performed on your device without contacting a mapping or geocoding service.
Reminders
If you enable a daily reminder, it is scheduled locally through your device operating system. Apotela does not use a notification server and does not receive your reminder time.
Crash and bug diagnostics
Technical error records are saved only on your device, retained for up to 30 days, and never sent automatically. They contain an error type, app code frames, platform, app version, and time. They exclude names, birth details, locations, relationship profiles, readings, and device identifiers. You decide whether to copy or share a technical report using another app.
Sharing and accessibility settings
Apotela shares nothing automatically. If you choose a Share action, your device shows the apps available to receive the content and you control where it goes. Text size, colorblind mode, onboarding status, and other preferences are also stored only on your device.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Apotela contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, account system, or cloud profile service. We do not sell or share information from the app.
Your control and retention
You can change or remove saved information within the app. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes its locally stored information. The Android app disables cloud backup of its app data; other operating-system backup behavior remains subject to your device settings.
Children
Apotela is a general-audience astrology reference and is not directed specifically to children. Because no account or server collection exists, Apotela does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Astrology content is interpretive and intended for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
